We do any kind of soft/hardware on windows 7 to 11.
Mac and or printer knowledge would also be handy.
- Any experience with EMR will be very important since we work with many medical offices.
-We do a lot of remote support troubleshooting printers, scanners.
-Need the person to be also available to do some night remotes.
-Person needs to be customer service oriented and be able to give suggestions.
The person also has to be RELIABLE!!!! We are a very fast paced environment.
